We guarantee our Toner Cartridges to be free of
defects for a period of ninety days (90 days) from date of purchase. It is the policy of Laser Renew to repair or replace
at our descretion any cartridge we find to be defective. Parts Require a Ten day return unless otherwise noted. Specialty
toners and special orders are not returnable.
Printer firmware updates, manual or automatic by
subscription that affect ink or toner cartridges printing will be the responsbility of the printer owner not Laser Renew LLC.
